Tax Strategy · For business owners & high earners
Earning more was
never the hard part.
You worked hard and the results speak for themselves. The shift comes in keeping a larger portion of what you already make, instead of continuing to grind simply to get a bigger piece of the pie. Keep more of what you earned to build a prosperous future.

Who I Work With
You've put in the work, earned the promotions, and climbed the ladder. Come tax season, you write the check that takes the air out of your raise. You assume that's simply the cost of earning well. Your CPA is doing their job, but you wonder if anyone is looking at the bigger picture: how your income, taxes, and long-term wealth fit together.
This has been your best year by far — revenue is up, the team is stable, and for the first time the business feels like it's running smoothly. Then the tax estimates arrive, and your strongest results come with the biggest check to the IRS. You assume that's how it goes, so you take the usual deductions and depreciation and move on. But it's worth asking whether anyone has looked at how the business, your taxes, and your long-term plans fit together.
What I Do
Many high earners and business owners lose more than they realize, not because they aren't earning enough, but because the strategy around their income hasn't kept up with what they've built. We focus on taxes, exits, and retirement because they aren't separate problems. They're the same problem at different stages.
Tax mitigation is where most engagements start. We educate clients on strategies grounded in the existing tax code and coordinate them with your CPA before anything moves forward. Business owners and W-2 earners with roughly $350K+ in income or revenue are typically the best fit.
Business exits reward early planning. The tax exposure on a sale or transition can be significant. It shapes how much you keep and can change which offers make sense. The earlier we start, the more options there are, but planning still matters after a deal closes. Whether you're preparing to sell or already have, we work through timing, structure, and next steps alongside your CPA and attorney.
Retirement optimization is about structuring your accounts to be tax-efficient in retirement and aligned with your full financial picture. It runs alongside tax mitigation, not separate from it.
How I Work
We start with a direct conversation about where you are financially and where you want to go. No pitch, just an honest assessment of whether we're a fit.
The data we gather helps us determine which strategies may fit your situation. We review the options with you and your CPA and you select the strategies that best fit your goals.
Strategies are put in place with your professionals and, where applicable, our network, and adjusted as your situation evolves. You have a consistent point of contact who knows your full financial picture — not a call center.
Professionals
Your clients ask about strategies you don't have time to evaluate.
We work alongside you, not around you.
What we do: Education and analysis on tax mitigation strategies, reviewed with you before anything moves forward. You remain your client's advisor of record.
What we don't do: We don't prepare taxes, file returns or replace your relationship. If a client has no tax professional, or chooses to change, we coordinate with licensed professionals in our network. We never ask a client to leave their CPA.
Working together: When there's a good fit, we send clients in both directions. We also offer complimentary education sessions for professionals interested in collaborating.
